Jinyuan was established in 2003, with its production base located in Guangzhou, the South China automotive manufacturing center. It has a 12000 square meter standardized factory with a 3000 square meter industrial park and more than 60 employees. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, and production of PCD, MCD, ND, CBN, and carbide precision cutting tools as a high-precision technology enterprise. The product is widely used in industries such as automotive component manufacturing, 3C precision structural component processing, precision optical component processing, aerospace material processing, etc. After years of independent research and development, we currently have over 10 core technical R&D personnel and over 40 skilled production personnel. We use high-quality raw materials imported from Europe and the United States, and have deep cooperation with domestic material suppliers. We have invested a large amount of funds to introduce high-precision equipment, such as high-precision five axis grinding machines and five axis laser cutting equipment imported from Germany such as DMG, WALTER, VOLLMER, Stuart, ANCA of Australia, COBORN of the UK, and FANUC of Japan. We are also equipped with high-precision testing equipment imported from Japan such as KEYENCE and ZOLLER of Germany to ensure the stability of quality.
